Today we want to talk about why we are revolutionizing the coaching industry by training future coaches in our own coach certification program.
So let's dive in...
1. The first reason we are revolutionizing the coaching industry by training future coaches is: We saw a need for coach certification programs that were immersive and long enough to fully understand the content and the business of coaching.
-Certifications where you can become a coach in 6-12 weeks are not long enough for you to actually live out the content or even fully understand the content.
-The skills you learn in our coach certification program include building your critical thinking and listening skills and that takes time. It takes processing. It takes understanding yourself so you can better understand others.
2. We wanted to give future Coaches a more Comprehensive Skill Sets.
-ALL the feminine leadership skills in the curriculum, plus speaker training, plus mindset training, business planning, social media story telling, etc.
3. Creating a Supportive Coaching Community
-Once you graduate from a coach certification program, you are on your own. Not with us! Our after-certification group called, Coaches corner, is a community of trained coaches who can share experiences, challenges, and successes, mentorship, And continued education and training.
What is our coach certification program?
Our coach certification program is a 1-year program where you get to work with us every other week in group calls, you get a total of 4 private coaching sessions (one per quarter) and you get to deep diving into our RAYMA Foundations™ leadership curriculum, first applying the content to yourself and then learning how to use the leadership curriculum as a resource with your clients using the RAYMA Foundations™ Coaching Model.
As a RAYMA Foundations™ Certified Coach you’ll inspire positive change and help others transform their lives, their families lives, their workplace, and the future for generations to come!
